1. Collection and Use of Location Data

• No Collection of Location Data While Offline
  iSchoolRide does not collect or track your location data when you are not actively using the app or when you are offline. Your location remains private and secure at all times unless you choose to go ONLINE within the app.

• Location Data When ONLINE
  When you go ONLINE in the iSchoolRide app, the app temporarily accesses your location data solely for the purpose of facilitating the student dismissal process. This location data is used only to notify School Administrators when you are in the designated School Pickup Zone.

2. No Storage of Location Data

We do not store any location data on our servers. Location information is used in real-time while you are ONLINE and within the Pickup Zone, after which it is not retained or stored by iSchoolRide. Your location data is only transmitted to School Admins for dismissal purposes and is never used for tracking or stored for future use.

3. Data Security and School Admin Access

All user-related data stored on our servers (excluding location data) can be accessed, edited, or removed by the respective School Administrators. Schools have full administrative control over the data stored in their system, allowing them to manage, update, or delete records at their discretion. We ensure that all data handling complies with applicable privacy regulations.

4. Data Storage on Google Servers

iSchoolRide uses Google Cloud services to store data securely. We leverage Google's advanced security measures to ensure the protection of all data stored on their servers. Data stored on Google’s servers is managed in accordance with their security standards, which include encryption and access controls.

5. No Sale or Lease of Data

iSchoolRide does not sell, lease, or share any of your personal data with third parties for marketing or any other purposes. Your data is solely used to facilitate the functions of the app and provide services to schools, parents, and administrators.

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Statement to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or advancements in technology. Any updates will be posted here, and we encourage users to review this statement periodically.
